A med-tech company in Tel-Aviv is looking for:
Purchasing Administrator (Part-Time)
Part time (60%) over 5 days, Sunday to Thursday
Job Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders and requisitions accurately.
Maintain and update supplier information, including contact details and pricing.
Coordinate with vendors to confirm order status and handle discrepancies.
Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing.
Support the purchasing team in negotiating with suppliers.
Assisting internal departments with their purchase orders.
Assist with compliance-related tasks, including analysis of sanctions and restricted parties using compliance software.
Position Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role - preferably within a purchasing or supply chain department.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with purchasing or ERP software. - priority advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills - Advantage
