Areas of Responsibilities:
· Respond to technical support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
· Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, networks, and related equipment.
· Provide training and guidance to employees on using IT systems and software.
· Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
· Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
