Managing multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
Creating compelling and captivating captions for social media posts.
Developing annual social media strategies that emphasize audience understanding.
Collaborating closely with the graphic designer and content creators to ensure alignment of our social channels with the latest trends.
Maintaining a detailed monthly cross-channel content calendar, strategically scheduling posts, and analyzing reports to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leading social media lead campaigns and efficiently inputting collected data into our CRM system.
Requrements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably managing multiple accounts and/or platforms simultaneously) in a global company.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong understanding of digital platforms (HubSpot an advantage).
Collaborative Team Player: Strong teamwork, collaborating seamlessly with roles like designers and content creators, contributing to a united environment and shared success.
