Job Description:
- AP Invoices entries from domestic and broad vendors.
- Check and book petty cash expenses.
- Processing outgoing payment runs twice a month via MASAV
- Credit card adjustments
- Interfaces with supplier chain
- Focal point for vendors
Direct Manager: Report to Chief Accounts Manager
Job Requirements:
- Education:
Bookkeeping Level 2-Mandatory
- Previous experience – as a company AP bookkeeper up to 3 Years
Job skills: Well organized
- Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications including Microsoft package
- Language skills: English
- Personality: Highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
