IT Helpdesk Scepialist

A global SaaS company is looking for an IT helpdesk Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Technical Support to end-users, troubleshooting IT and system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related systems and processes. The role provides excellent growth opportunities, as you will work with multiple systems such as: Okta, AWS cloud, hardware and software, windows and Mac, networking and multiple other systems.

Requirements:

1-3 years experience with Help desk support and/or IT support.

Ability to quickly master new information technology systems.

Tech-savvy and customer-oriented

Team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration and fresh idea integration

Ability to diagnose IT/network/ system issues and determine course of action

Fundamental Windows 10 troubleshooting.

Mac OS X troubleshooting A plus.

Good operational understanding of common enterprise software (e.g.Okta, 365, jump cloud).

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (Hebrew and English).

Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
