Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Account Specialist to join our team in Ramat Gan. The ideal candidate
will be highly motivated and energetic, ready to take responsibility and ownership with strong
attention to details. You will be responsible for reaching out to clients and ensuring a seamless
experience and support. We are looking for an ambitious individual with and a desire to learn
and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
● Reach out to clients via email, phone, and other communication channels.
● Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries and resolving issues.
● Work closely with the other teams to promote the company's products and services to
clients.
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles.
Requirements:
● Familiarity or experience in the online payments industry.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex
information in a simple and concise manner.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they
become problems.
● Ambitious and eager to learn with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Native English level or equivalent
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in customer service or sales.
● Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools.
● Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
