We are seeking a highly motivated QA Team Lead to join our team.

 

What will you do?

 

The QA Team Lead will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes.

We're looking for someone who can plan, design and implement test automation frameworks to evaluate, create and maintain quality procedures.

The QA Team Lead will be responsible for plan, design, develop and execute manual and automated tests and implement a continuous testing environment.

We are looking for a motivated, innovative and results – driven person.

 

What will you bring to the table?

  • Hiring and training quality assurance staff.
  • At least 3 years experience with web scripting/scraping
  • Experienced with API Automation
  • Experience with developing test automation infrastructure
  • Experience with Platforms like BrowserStack – Advantage
  • Knowledge with SQL/NoSQL DB
  • Experience in testing in Cloud environments – Advantage
  • Experience with management tools such as Asana\ ClickUp – Advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player experience working in start-up environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 kg (one side) at times.
