We're now looking for an experienced and motivated analytics leader to build our data team and architect our internal data infrastructure. You'll partner with company leadership to implement and measure the impact of strategic projects and drive business and product decisions.

What will you do?

  • Shape the data strategy designed to guide our strategic path to grow revenue, provide value to our end users, problem-solve and be a growth multiplier to all company departments (your internal stakeholders)
  • Drive  the design, build, and launch new data models and data pipelines in production
  • Recruit, build, mentor and retain a strong team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers to execute analytic, insight and tech strategy
  • Manage the delivery of high impact dashboards and data visualizations
  • Excavate the hidden insights in our internal data, helping to direct and revolutionize our business strategy and partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities using analytics to drive measurable business value and accelerate business growth
  • Communicate insights in a way that resonates with partners - including executive leadership - to turn theory into action

 

What will you bring to the table?

  • 6+ years of experience in BI and Data Warehousing
  • Experience scaling, managing and recruiting 3+ person teams
  • Communication and leadership experience, with experience initiating and driving projects
  • Project management experience
  • Data architecture experience
  • Experience in SQL or similar languages and development experience in at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, etc.)
  • Experience in B2C product analytics
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools
