ACM Team Leader- 1807

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor 10 team members

Overseeing orders, communications with distributors and with internal departments, marketing budget and customer complaints.

Ensure ACMs workflow runs smooth and improve protocols and systems

Coordinate and interact with internal departments: Sales Managers, Sales Analyst, marketing, graphics, logistics, registration and accounting to relay and receive required information.

Manage major sales projects

Work with Sales Directors to collect data in order to draft offering emails and ensure that we receive all data according to the timeline.

Responsibility for invoice flow, payable and receivable.

 

Skills Required:

Bachelor degree.

2+ years of experience in team management

Experience in Account Management – advantage

Fluent English in speaking and writing. Hebrew – advantage.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience working in an International company – advantage.

SAP experience – advantage.
