Responsibilities Responsibility for international teams that installs and upgrades the company's products on customers’ sites around the world and within company's cloud environment. The work includes: Planning and scheduling the team members' priorities Working with internal and external interfaces such as development / support/ distributors/ customers. Creating and implementing methodologies, work procedures. Handling escalations with customers Develops documentation for installations, upgrades, , customer setup, test procedures etc. Provide technical advice, as necessary, on existing products, new products or services, and future needs. Participate in the development of project plans, schedules and definition of functional specifications; then work independently to meet goals. Review plans and procedures to ensure successful quality implementations. Troubleshoots problems, researches alternate solutions to these problems, evaluating, analyzing, and combining alternatives to reach the best solution. Coordinate installation and integration activities with other departments, internal service groups, and customers. Performs new product certifications in the cloud. Be technical lead in readiness review ensure that activities are properly planned and products will be successful implemented Provide input and innovative ideas to make change in products, procedures, training, etc. so to ensure success in achieving the best possible results in product performance, customer satisfaction, etc Performs other related duties as required by management.. Requirements Relevant education B.s.C in computer science/ Industrial engineering (information systems)- must Work Experience and Knowledge Former experience in installing / integration / technical support Former experience in operational team Former managerial experience of at least 5 subordinates Knowledge and understanding of technical systems Knowledge and understanding of software Knowledge of Unix- must Languages Very high level of English Personlaity traits/ Skills necessary 4 years of experience in installing, integrating and servicing virtual environment. Knowledgeable in computer operating systems such as Unix, Linux. Capable of working under pressure within multitask area Pleasant to work and handle with Understanding of networking, Strong, TCP/IP, virtualization Capable of leading changes Residency in Jerusalem – an advantage
