Customer Support Engineer
-3 years of experience in supporting client/ server software products, dealing with worldwide customers
- Experience with all support levels-
- Solid Knowledge of Support best practices
- Knowledge in :Windows Operating Systems, ESX/ VM infrastructure
- Linux, Storage, citrix, Active Directory, DB, Networking- nice to have
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English skills (speaking, writing and reading)- mother tongue level
- Relevant Degree in Computer Science or equivalent – an advantage
